The Royal Mesh Rug Deluxe has an updated fit. The new model is narrower around the shoulders/neck opening. If the horse has a heavier build, go up a size or choose our classic Mesh Rug.

The ultimate all-around mesh rug for all seasons, ideal as a stable rug, for transport, to warm up before riding, or to recover after work. The airy material also protects against flies and other insects in the summer. It's also perfect as a warming layer under other rugs at lower temperatures in autumn and winter. The Welltex® fabric lining can help stimulate blood circulation; the reflected infrared energy can help keep muscles and joints flexible and mobile. This makes the rug an excellent choice for before and after training or before a competition.

The rug is anatomically shaped and provides an optimal fit over the back, withers, and shoulders. The tightly woven fabric on the chest prevents chafing, and a soft fleece lining at the withers offers extra comfort and prevents chafing of the mane. The Deluxe mesh rug features two T-buckle front closures, cross surcingles, and D-rings for the tail cord. There are also flat buckles on the inside to attach the separate neck piece. Optimal for lower temperatures or for horses with stiffness in the neck area, the neck piece is the perfect addition.

Welltex® technology is based on an original, powerful blend of natural minerals. Thanks to these minerals, our products are able to absorb and emit far infrared energy (FIR), originating from the wearer's body heat. The therapeutic effect is intended to increase well-being. FIR is known to stimulate blood circulation and is often used to relieve stiffness and pain in muscles and joints.
